Your Christmas tree topper will give your tree personality. As a child I remember my mother being an expert tree decorator, she always topped our trees with the most beautiful Angels. Even her very last small table top tree was topped with a small angel ornament. Over the years I’ve used my own assortment of tree toppers including angels, stars, floral sprays, explosions of stars, ceiling hung toppers, groupings of ornaments, icicles, but this year we will have to see what I come up with. Maybe we will start to see some of my mother’s Christmas angels on my trees. Wire and secure your tree topper carefully and if you have left space while planning your tree height, you will have plenty of room for a beautiful tree topper. So, be creative and have some fun, either handmade, store bought or an old heirloom that can be passed down to future generations, the top of your tree will surely be the focal point of your Christmas tree.
