About Gia

Gia Milazzo Smith has been immersed in the design and construction industry since childhood, when her family renovated and flipped houses. Since then she’s been working in the industry for over 20 years as an interior designer and renovator. Her business was founded with the goal of providing each individual client with a design completely unique to them. Today she continues to provide that experience to every client by designing, managing, and overseeing each project from inception to completion.

She has created homes individually tailored to each client across New England and developed relationships with the best craftsmen and contractors in the business in the process. This allows her to maintain her creative vision during every stage of the project, from the building specifications to the fabrics and color choices. This commitment to quality and consistency has won her numerous design awards and resulted in one of her showhouses being published in Coastal Home magazine as recognition of her outstanding work.

Unlike most interior designers, Gia does not limit herself to one facet of the business. She handles project management, building design, renovations, and interior design. She is involved in every phase of the project to ensure it meets and exceeds client expectations and needs. Whether it’s a simple renovation or completely new building, Gia works alongside her team to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.

Ultimately, Gia wants every project to reflect its customer. She designs according to the customer’s needs and wants by using her skill to create something beautiful and appropriate for the home and client.
