Recently, I was hired to breathe life into an old historic building. This was the third floor of an old building that is now a bank. This third floor was just being used for storage for many years. After it was cleaned out, we were able to see the great potential of this incredible space. High ceilings, ornate woodwork, and the most amazing windows which dispersed the sunlight across the whole third floor . This incredible building really inspired me, I designed this space and it was restored with respect to it’s history, but also prepared to take on it’s new function as professional office space.
